Registrar: Donnie
Please turn in all registrations to Donnie as she does keep track of our girls and develops our roster. A formed troop roster will go out to each leader, co-leader or assistant by mid-October. If you did not register early - be sure to get your Troop Registration Packet from Donnie now and "be prepared" to submit troop registrations by OCTOBER 1st, 1997. This will get the re-registration started for the continuing members.
Phone Contact for New Troops: at the time of this update, there was not one showing.
This year our recruitment flyers will be handled by Bernie. She will be placing them in the schools and picking them up. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE SCHOOLS AND PICK THEM UP YOURSELVES! There will be a night that is going to be set up to process the flyers. During this time leaders, Erin and Bernie will be calling about the fliers. This will be a one time evening of a 3 hour time frame. If you are able to help, please call Erin. This will eliminate some of the phone calls to leaders.
The Service Unit meetings will remain at Chapel Hill Church. The dates are:

* This meeting will be a leader potpourri of crafts, treats, etc. for the holidays.
** This meeting will be a service unit meeting at a mystery site to be announced at a later date. This is promised to be loads of fun!
Our service unit meetings be start at 7:00 with ½ hour of announcements and ½ hour to 45 minutes of troop leaders meeting in their age appropriate groups to work on pertinent issues and develop solutions that are practical. The last 15 minutes will wrap up and close.
